1. Prices
All prices in the price list include VAT. All prices are in Swiss francs.

2. Price Changes
Textile Design Studio GmbH reserves the right to change or adjust the price list at any time. For contracts that have already entered into force or are currently in force, the agreed prices apply. The price of the order is binding, subject to errors.

3. Orders
Orders can be placed via the online shop, in writing (by email or letter), or by telephone. The general terms and conditions are an integral part of the contract for all orders.

4. Payment Methods
Delivery is against invoice; payment is due 30 days net from the invoice date.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the delivery of goods are not included in the item prices and are charged separately.

Shipping rates within Switzerland:
Economy Parcel (B-Post) CHF 10.00
Economy Letter (B-Post) CHF 4.00

6. Delivery Times
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible. A delivery time of 3 to 6 business days is recommended.

7. Warranty
Textile Design Studio GmbH guarantees defect-free products. Should defects nevertheless occur, we will do everything to satisfy our customers through repair, replacement, or reimbursement.

8. Return Policy
If the goods are returned within 7 days in unused condition and in their original packaging, a credit note for the purchase price can be issued. Hidden defects must be reported in writing, otherwise no credit note or replacement delivery can be issued. The costs for damaged returned goods will be invoiced.

9. Damage
If the goods are damaged or incomplete during delivery, this must be reported immediately to the responsible post office. All packaging materials, including the address and item number (label), must be present.

10. Complaints
Complaints of defects of any kind can only be considered if they are submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

11. Data and Data Protection
Textile Design Studio GmbH treats all customer data confidentially and does not share it with third parties. We reserve the right to check your information (billing address/email address) for accuracy and, if necessary, to refuse delivery.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the provisions of international private law. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, all other provisions remain valid.

In the event of any legal disputes, Küsnacht shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
